The following steps are required for both AMD and NVIDIA: I'm not sure if there are similar registry edits that need to be made for AMD, but I'll discuss that further down. For Nvidia you also need to make some registry edits. This solution requires the tool Custom Resolution Utility (CRU). Eventually I figured out how to remove all resolutions I don't want to use, leaving only 2560x1080 and some obscure resolutions Parsec doesn't seem to officially support (thus it won't default to them). Since there didn't seem to be a solution on the Parsec-side of things, I decided to investigate monitor resolutions on Windows. The other day I had a problem where Parsec was forcing itself back to 1920x1080 even after explicitly setting my resolution to 2560x1080 in the config file and making it read-only. ![]()
